About Us

After the sudden passing of my husband in 2017 I was faced with raising two children alone and the fear that my dreams would never materialize. I made a fresh commitment to connect with my passions and pursue a more creative life which led to the creation of BRICK STRAW. 

My joy is making unique products for the adventurous soul. My daughters are part of the design process and can be seen modeling on these very pages.  

This first collection is heavily influenced by the 1960's with its rich textures and carefree vibes. Be prepared for compliments as people are instantly transformed back to a time when music festivals were new and hitchhiking across the country was a rite of passage.
